Andalucía Bike Race by GARMIN expands into a new province

Granada joins the event and will start the 15th edition of the event

Andalucía Bike Race by GARMIN arrives with novelties and is that the city of Granada will be the main protagonist this year as the competition will start in its vicinity, and will advance to Jaén and Córdoba.

The competition will start on Monday, February 24, in Granada with two stages, continue in Jaén on Wednesday, February 26, and Thursday, February 27, and conclude in Córdoba with two stages starting on February 28, Andalucía Day, a public holiday. As usual, the winners of this 15th edition will be decided in Córdoba.

Thus, the competition takes on a new pedigree as it joins another World Heritage monument with Granada and the Alhambra, and Córdoba with the Mosque of Córdoba. The competition will be located 2 days in each province starting with Granada, followed by Jaén and finally Córdoba will host the last two stages.

Andalucía Bike Race by GARMIN will be held the last week of February, from Monday February 24 to Saturday March 1, 2025, in a last minute change of dates as it does not coincide with any other event, thus Andalucía Bike Race by GARMIN will repeat its title being again the only MTB stage race in Spain with the highest category awarded by the UCI Hors Catégorie (SHC).

REGISTRATION

Registrations will open next Friday, September 5 at 11 a.m (peninsular time), and will be made through the official website, www.andaluciabikerace.com. The registration fees are the same as last edition, 700€ for the couple and 400€ for the open individual.
